Twenty-one years ago we had a simple idea: to take the best produce we could get hold of and make it into something truly delicious that also made us feel...well...good. No dodgy additives, no unpronounceable ingredients or preservatives, just a few nice things carefully combined. With armfuls of nuts, seeds and dried fruit from our local health food shop we mixed and baked our first ever bar in the cramped kitchen of a small flat in Epping. We’re not rocket scientists but both our co-founders did train to be engineers. That’s helped us build a unique way of working with the higgledy-piggledy, non-uniform shapes and sizes of our natural ingredients – the very best we can buy. Our Makery is unlike any factory there is; we designed it that way. We’re pleased to have the help of some snazzy machines to speed our fresh bars out of the door, but people will always be at the centre of everything we do. A whole community has sprung up to help us share our recipes beyond the end of the road. Everyone on the team has their say in how we do things. We value their input, but also know it’s important for everyone who works with us to feel content and fulfilled in their everyday life. We know that if people feel happy with what they’re doing, and are rewarded for their contribution, then they’ll stay with us. Like we said, it's not rocket science. And as for our bars and cereals? Our principles are simple: we use the best, nicest ingredients, treat them with respect (we don’t like to mess about with things) and make sure the final product is the very best eating experience we can make. Lemar is the partner in retail and out of home. We import international brands and make them available for the Benelux. That makes us sparring partner for both our accounts as the brand owners. Because, next to logistics and sales, we activate the brand to trade and consumers and develop new products with the brand especially for the Dutch market. We work closely together with proffesionals to expand our team. Our portfolio is focussed on trends in healtier alternatives and touches elements like gluten free, Vega(n), wholefood, organic, no / less sugar & fairtrade.In my role as a Marketing Manager I'm responsible for the brand portfolio, the brand strategy in the Dutch market and the marketing team. Development and execution of Commercial (Channel & Retail partners) and Consumer (co)marketing programs for Hewlett Packard The Netherlands: On- & Offline Trade loyalty, Brand activation & Sales promotion programs.

Responsible for the trade communcation about new productlaunches, brand updates and campaigns. Translating the brand strategy into succesful activation programs for BTC & BTB to support brand awareness, trial and conversion. Development and traffic management of marketing campaigns (POS and in/outdoor merchandising materials included) from briefing agencies and suppliers to production, internal alignment and on time delivery.
