I take Fab’s business goals, along with a deep understanding of who our users are, and translate them into interfaces that are usable, inspired, and fun. I’m responsible for both the high level ideation of and pixel perfect finessing of every interaction across multiple breakpoints on our fully interactive site (across mobile, tablet, and desktop) as part of our brand relaunch. My work is informed both by quantitative and qualitative data from self-conducted user surveys, usability testing, google analytics, redshift, and customer feedback. I've also had the wonderful opportunity to provide mentorship to junior designers & interns.

Conceptualized Fab's (over 10 million users) consumer-facing experiences across web, iOS and Android, at a rapid pace. Defined use cases, user flows, and feature requirements. Collaborated with product team spanning New York, Berlin and Pune, India and interfaced with web and mobile developers to ensure experiences were implemented as intended.

Hem is a new brand launched by Fab for designing custom furniture online in Europe and the US. Created a fully responsive framework for the new Hem website across devices from wireframes to mockups, with a focus on usability and maintaining the brand's minimal aesthetic.

Through user research, user testing, and understanding both the stakeholder and the customer's needs, was able to reduce our site's bounce rate to an above average 35% and increase our customer base as well as sales driven by the site. Guided junior designers and developers from ideation to implementation.

Rebranded and created web assets for international television shows, used inventive typography and design theory to create artwork appealing to English-speaking audiences.

Conducted user research to better understand the motives and needs of our audience, used this to create Facebook posts that drive engagement. Broke down complex information into digestible and visually compelling infographics.

Balanced client needs with usability, seeing experiences through to implementation writing HTML and CSS, as well as PHP, MySQL, and Javascript. Worked with clients including NASCAR, The American Red Cross, and Columbia University.

Redesigned Bridge's e-commerce website including consumer facing front-end and admin backend with HTML, CSS, and PHP. Designed album art for classical records and layouts for book jackets using InDesign.
