Sandra is an energetic and engaging individual who enjoys a variety of activities in and outside work. She comes with more than 20 years of industrial experience in the area of human resources, with early portion of her career in materials purchasing and planning. She is currently based in Singapore and leading human resources in SWM, a local enterprise specializing in the recycling and repurposing of lithium-ion batteries, including electric vehicle (EV) batteries through innovative technologies. Apart from her HR lead role, Sandra has also taken up a new challenge in the function of marketing within the enterprise she has become part of. She continues to seek roles that enables her to partner with the leadership team to work on strategic organizational and people initiatives.
