I’ve partnered Old Chang Kee, a 60-year-old food business and Singapore's original curry puff purveyors, to lead the brand’s venture into the London market. What's a curry puff? It's Singapore’s version of a Cornish pasty – but mini and more fiery. A crisp pastry parcel packed with aromatic meat, potatoes and exotic Southeast Asian spices. Curry puffs were first invented by Hainanese chefs working for the British during Singapore’s colonial era, as early ‘fusion food’. They soon became a cult street food classic.Our signature curry puffs are made from a 60-year-old secret recipe passed down through the generations. And now, we’re bringing them back to Britain.

I was a senior manager in a mid-sized, specialist branding consultancy. I headed up business development on a portfolio of premium accounts such as Unilever, PwC, Barclays, HSBC and UBS.

I was an account manager at a large, market-leading media analysis and technology agency, looking after the day-to-day project management of a group of accounts. My clients ranged from technology companies (Nokia, Samsung) to government agencies (DWP, London & Partners).
