Chez Segula pour Renault Trucks, dans le département Quality & Customer Satisfaction, le Product Quality Leader est en charge de gérer la qualité des produits/ services chez les clients finaux et de veiller à ce que les objectifs de garantie soient aux niveaux attendus dans une démarche d'amélioration continue.Plus spécifiquement, en tant que PQL, je dois :_ Rechercher, détecter, décrire et hiérarchiser les problèmes de qualité émis par les clients, et remontés en interne (écarts de fabrication ou de conformité).- Analyser toutes les données justificatives : demandes de garantie, LVD, parc de camions, contrats, etc... - Identifier les problèmes potentiels liés à la sécurité;- Récupérer les pièces défectueuses pour une analyse préliminaire.- Diriger une équipe interfonctionnelle impliquant les directions pour définir les priorités, soumettre et défendre les demandes d'ouverture de dossier. - Contribuer aux processus de résolution de problème en tant que membre de l'équipe projet , et rechercher activement des axes d'interventions rapides. Le PQL est le point de vue du client et la voix de l'assurance qualité tout au long du processus.- Vérifier et communiquer sur le résultat des solutions mises en place, sur les performances qualité des produits, les solutions publiées et les retours de satisfaction client.

As a Marketing Data Analyst, I participated in setting up the data structuring of the Category Management service. The goal is to develop synergies between the different product categories and universes, in order to boost cross-sell.I was in charge of:• Consolidate the data: retrieve all available retailer data, synthesize them, check their accuracy, ....• Set up reporting tools to monitor business trends: sell in, sell out, pricing, etc.• Provide a first level of analysis to Retail Marketing Managers in order to help them with decision-making• Create automated sales support tools in order to give a global vision to our field sales representatives: reporting, KPI, ....

The project supplier quality engineer is responsible of all the quality aspects for the choice of the suppliers for the development projects of new products and/or for tranfert of suppliers in an objective of Quality, Cost and Delay. For this job, I was resposible of :- To plan and realize quality audit for the panel monitoring and assessment of new suppliers.- To treat the non-conformity and the claims of suppliers, analyzing the reason and determining the corrective actions.- To validate the supplier's control plan until the validation of the first of tool parts.- To participate to the supplier's process risk analysis and to determine the necessary actions,- To contribute to the definition of the purchasing quality policy and to insure that deployment.

The project quality engineer is the representative of the quality funtion in the project team. For this job, I have to :- Garantee that the quality objectives fixed in the project will be achieved and to implement corrective and preventive actions in case of identified gap;- Use the quality axis during the development of new products (NPD);- Document the deliverables for the different project gates;- To measure the impact of the non-conformity product during the developmeent process ;- To insure the relation with the other quality representatives (Customer Quality, Process Quality and Supplier Quality);- To make some Weibull studies on compressors.

At Altran Technologies for Renault Trucks, the durability & reliability feature leader have to garantee the durability and the reliability of the complete vehicle with the necessary validation.More specifically, I was in charge of : - Analyse the verification & validation neeeds for the features durability andd reliability in the project- Establish the verification & validations plans (V&V plans) of the tests on the rigs and on vehicles for the components, systems and complete vehicles- Establish the list of the tests needed (TRA) with the associated cost fot the validation plan- Establish the deliverables of the project and the criteria for the gate for the durability and the reliability in the Project Delivery Plans (PDP)- Follow the problemn solving of the incident encounterd during the tests- Give the feature status for the project gate- Make durability vibration studies with prototypes vehicle measurements (Glyphworks)

At Altran technologies for Renault Trucks in the Cab Exterior Parts department, as project management support, I have to: - negociate, create and follow the parts time-plans with purchasing, engineering and supliers- indentify the drift and alert in case of delay- create and follow indicators

At Altran Technologies for Renault Trucks, the feature, verification and validation project manager is in charge of building and managing the validation plan, the budget and the associated test supports. He is responsible for :- collecting the Engineering Verification Plan and the Feature Validation Plan- synthesizing all the needs and building the project validation plan- coordinating the test enginneers, the test enquirers, the part suppliers so as to insure the QDCF (Quality, Delay, Cost, Feature)- organizing the feature revues (synthesis of the feature leader positions) for the different milestones of the project

The validation coordinator insure an expertness and a techical support to the Quality function for the definition and the validation plan implementation (calculation and physical tests). I have to : - insure beside the different program quality pilots and to all the function a technical support in his expertness area establishing quality guide, experience feedback, standards, general specifications- insure when there are some changes, the critical analysis of the specifications and of the customer and the regulation requirements,- establish the generic laboratory validation plan and insure the definition of the needs of testing facilities and of parts for the tests (parts out of lot, samples, …),- answer to the consultations on the « validation » side (analyzing the norm and technical specifications of the customer, writing the reserve and the agreement of Faurecia, preparing the validation plans (time schedule, parts, frames,…)) and giving the budget for all the laboratory validation,- be the project / laboratory interface for distant projects so as to follow the tests, in order to help the project quality pilots.

The program quality pilot is the quality responsible within the program team, he represents the customer among the project. He pilots the product quality actions concerning the new products development until the PPAP with differents activities :- to plan and to coordinate the product and process quality actions thanks to different quality resources such as experience feedback, product and process FMEA, identification and control of the product/process special characteristics, definition of the monitoring plan, …-to insure the critical analysis of the specifications and the customer and regulation requirements, establish the laboratory and dimensional validation plan, insure the definition of the needs of testing and control facilities and establish the associated specific specifications,- to plan and to coordinate the quality actions beside the suppliers of second rank until their initial samples acceptance and their process qualification,- to plan and to coordinate the continuous product qualification (functional, physical chemistry, geometrical and aspect validation of the product) until their acceptance by the customer.

To create the aeraulic calculation activity within Faurecia : - to tune the ventilating, defrost, feet duct shape so as to respect the customer specifications for the airflow distribution - thermical comfort in the interior vehicle : airflow distribution on the windshield, air direction in the ventilation duct outlets- aerodynamic calculation on bumpers.

Study of an aerothermal simulation in an automotive Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning Unit :- to tune the HVAC unit so as to respect the customer specifications : airflow distribution in the different outlets (defrost, ventilation, feet), aerothermal simulation for the interior vehicle comfort- to simulate the airflow distribution in a ventilation duct ; study done for Faurecia Interior System
