Worked on a research project on business and investment events, investment opportunities, potential investors and competition for the Investment Promotion and Facilitation Unit. The collected Data was used to inform strategic decision making for the unit. Organized and run the "customer service week" event themed around upholding Rwandan values and culture of being good hosts to their guests as part of a nation-wide campaign encouraging both public and private sectors to deliver high standards of quality Customer Services.

Designed a pilot preparation program for high-school graduate refugees to prepare them to take the Kepler admission test, 10 out the 25 selected were admitted to Kepler on full scholarships on their way to earn American degrees from the Southern New Hampshire University.
