In 2018 the company was sold again and we went through a 3 ways merger. At that point I had the pleasure to learn new skills, completely out of my comfort zone, but I gained the knowledge of technical skills that are at the forefront of the travel industry technology.Monitoring, maintaining and optimizing usage and support to our channel managers partners. Facilitating a continued improvement in Channel Manager service to guarantee a scalable system based on bench marking analysis and coordinating relation with IT.Contributing to Hotelbeds connectivity knowledge base by developing the account profile for each of our partners and sharing an in-depth understanding of their systems by way of supporting materials.
