Indoor Cycling studio specialised in amazing cardio workout!

Sport has always been one of my passions and part of my daily routine. In 2007 I decided to complete my certification as an indoor cycling instructor and I run this activity as a nice way to unwind after my busy work day. I worked as a personal coach in Athens (2007-2008); and then as Head Instructor at MiGym in Cabarete, Dominican Republic (2008-2010), where I set up the indoor cycling programs and taught daily classes of 12 bikes. I now run Spinbreak studio in Bordeaux.

I teach a 40 hour Entrepreneurship class to International students at Vatel (Mi4).

ikitebecause was launched in February 2011. It is a non-commercial and free site where kiters create their profiles, post photos and make comments. The site covers all aspects of kiting, be it on water, snow or land!
