I make sure that visitors find outstanding advice and expertise on the topic of their interest, through every step in their customer journey. I mainly focus on online content (articles, landing pages, videos), and work closely together with the content agency, our SEO specialist and the e-commerce team.I am responsible for the creation, distribution, reporting and optimization of the content.

I was responsible for the coordination of email marketing from A to Z, with the aim to deliver highly relevant and personalized email communications to customers.I have trained and coached 8 colleagues in this role.
