My career journey spams over 28+ years, where I have garnered great achievements over the years, whilst overcoming many challenges.With overflowing energy, I am a calculated risk taker with a wavering passion for business, people and success.From a young age, I was blessed with the opportunity to work within our family company for a few years. This allowed me to understand the basics of a company operation. Early on during my career, I was keen to broaden my professional horizon. Driven by a passion for business, innovation and technology, I took a leap of faith and ventured into the private sector as a sales specialist across different fields from Mobility Solutions, Cloud, IT, Infrastructure, Security, Telecommunication Solutions to Customer Service/Experience.Over the last 10 years, I have successfully managed several global leadership roles in terms of portfolio management, key partnerships, new business development, handling large and multi-national/cultural teams as well as developing and deploying multi-yearly business plan strategies.Overseeing a multicultural team with YOY business growth, I live by the belief that proximity is key to a successful business, that applies to my teams, business partners and/or customers.My mission in life is to transfer my wealth of experience back to the business community.Since a successful business is all about people, great leadership is key to motivate, realizing the teams’ dream whilst instilling a strong conviction behind projects and set business goals.As a self-assured person, I enjoy the ability to adjust/adapt where needed, whilst operating within a framework of values and ethics that are essential to be implemented, no matter what.I am personally engaged in multiple initiatives, keynote speaker opportunities and several business conferences events. Also, I am part of the Foreign Trade Committee Advisors in the MEA Region for the French government as well as a Volunteer Mentor for CCI France in the UAE for Entrepreneurs and Start-ups as well as multiple local and regional initiatives.Creating a meaningful impact, both human and business wise and/or to volunteer for challenged entrepreneurs or companies to inspire, motivate whilst actively supporting business success stories, brings me a great level of satisfaction.
