”European on Loan” projektet syftar till att väcka ungdomars intresse för att studera utomlands och bygga upp ett intresse för andra kulturer. The project "European on Loan" aims to raise awareness of pupils in the Västerbotten Region of the opportunities that open the European Union in terms of education, mobility, discover of other cultures and of themselves. Volunteer exchange students from european countries visit schools and share with the pupils their experience as an exchange student and offer them a open window on their culture. This focus on young population and awareness of european opportunities aims to develop a society where mobility and diversity is a key for development.

Realisation of an analysis and study of governance in region Vasterbötten and the Baltic Sea Region. Development of diverse scenarios for the instauration of horizontal multi-level governance and promotion of local democracy into environment and natural resources management.
