Responsible for Program Finance Controlling, customer PSA, 177.000 cars per year, 87Mio€ sales per year • Finance management- Provide and secure integration of detailed financial information (volume, mix, price, BOM)- Define program business plan and submit capital investment request , incl. Tooling and start up cost.- Budget planning for all program financial aspects and develop system/tools for costs tracking and costs controlling (plan vs actuals)- Define tasks/actions and timing to achieve or improve program financial Goals (Road map to target/program profitability) together with program manager, • Plant controlling- Check standard costs provided by plant controller- Responsible for consistency of financial information loaded by the plant : capitalization process creation, implementation of a tracker, provide to the plant any "out" of flow financial information, • Sales finance : Prepare program financial documentation for customer negociations, interface with customer finance organization Planning, documentation, control and approval of program spending and customer reimbursement, • Purchasing Finance : Get offer of internal supplier, target them on economics & standard costs, • Program- Create and perform program financial issue list- Training and motivation of program team member to achieve enhanced understanding of program costs and program financial goal.
