Over 3 years of administrative management, local public service, and productivity improvement. I recently graduated from Florida International University with a Master of Public Administration alongside a Graduate Certification in Human Resource Policy and Management. I have a passion for government and human resources. I have worked on policy, research, human resources, and analysis. I have a unique blend of knowledge, skills, and abilities in the form of communication, public speaking, cultural competency, flexibility, adaptability, and organizational leadership. My experiences being involved in a plethora of student involvements and leadership roles have provided me the tools needed to learn more about others and how to use my experience in increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of an organization.I am determined to improve my skills in all aspects of public service, both technical and oral, in the professional world, with the goal of moving organizations in a positive direction, with nothing but the best results. Some skills include courses in Conflict Management, Interpersonal Communication, and Practice of Public Management. I also have a great interest in management, human resources, local government, and other related functions. I'm always looking forward to meeting and working with other individuals, putting 100% into everything I do, and maintaining the upmost of standards to create enhanced community trust and productivity.
