Executive Director. Scope: Expand local revenue generating and fundraising activities to support existing program operations and regional expansion. Design the national expansion and complete the strategic business planning process for program expansion into new markets. Design and implement LMS and education solutions. Build partnerships in new markets, establishing relationships with the funders, and political and community leaders at each expansion site.

Lead the design and implementation of high-mid-low level training delivery process standards focused on supporting country operations. Collaborate with local government to develop near and far hire English education programs.
