My work experience has been developed in International Companies firstly in Research & Development departments and later in Quality and Industrialization, with a significative period of time as Account Manager.With the role of Advanced R&D Manager, particularly focused on innovative products and processes, like Additive Manufacturing, I had the opportunity to get in touch with the most important car manufacturers around the world, contributing to define and develop new technologies for automotive applications, as well as helping the Business Development dept. to define commercial strategies and business plans.I spent 4 years at the service of a “Technology+Innovation” -driven company in the fields of automotive, food & packaging, defense and aerospace, biomedical, which gave me the opportunity to approach the application of Additive Manufacturing and the elements to improve the entire production process.Since 2014, I've been working for CARPENFER S.p.A., operating in the medium-light structures for industrial vehicles, with a strong connection with Customers to develop their tailored applications.In Jan 2024, almost 10 Yrs after, I became Sales Director, taking over the role of the former Sales Director & CEO.Settori di competenza: Additive Manufacturing, Technology Innovation, Business Development, Technical Team Management, Six Sigma Team Leader, Quality Management.
