Breaking up is hard to do. And, that sentiment doesn’t just apply to romantic relationships—it also holds some water when it comes to leaving a job, especially one that someone loves so much. Whilst moving away from such an amazing brand like Lexus it has been one of the hardest decision I had to make in my life, beside leaving Italy 30 some years ago, I am confident it is the correct one for my business career and future. Before I go, I want to thank everyone I came across my last 16 years at Lexus of Chatswood. When I joined the company 16 years ago, as a recent immigrant from Europe, I had a lot to learn about the industry. I am thrilled I landed at a place with such supportive teams, @Lexus Head Office and @McCarrolls, who really helped me find my feet as a sales consultant, sales manager and finally GM. I have been fortunate enough to come across a number of people that helped me improve my skills, my overall business knowledges and most importantly assist me in shaping me the person I am today.To all my customers and guests .
