The mission comprises:- checking and validating the last revisions of standard documents that the yards are using;- listing all the documents to be sent to the yard subcontractors for the construction of the modules;- ensuring all the documents to be sent to the yard subcontractors are issued on time and with a high quality;- monitoring all material requisitions (bulk and itemized) to identify any delay in deliveries and make sure the quantities and purchase destinations are relevant;- responding to the technical queries submitted by the yard subcontractors;- as a remote field engineer, providing assistance to the yard field engineers and managing the master documents;- assisting the project director for the staffing of the yards;- reporting all issues/blocking points and providing the status of documentation (quality and issue dates) to the project director and project engineers.Achievement: 200 drawings good for construction transferred to the yards on time.
