Sou engenheiro mecânico com duas pós-graduações, gestão de negócios (USF) e gerenciamento de projetos (MBA FGV). Minha experiência é baseada em duas áreas: a primeira como Engenheiro de Processos pela Motorola onde atuei por 9,5 anos onde fiz diversas viagens internacionais (EUA 3X, Argentina, Singapura e China) e também como Gerente de Projetos onde trabalho desde 2008. Na ocasião participei da cetificação IATF;•Gerenciei a implementação do transportador de açúcar na Oetker, o maior e mais caro projeto da empresa;•Gerenciei o projeto de expansão do laboratório da Veolia em Sorocaba;•Diversos NPIs de telefones Motorola na linha de produção;Sou Scrum Master e atualmente estou cursando a pós-graduação de engenharia da qualidade e melhoria de processos.Possuo o treinamento em greenbelt e lean manufacturing realizado na Motorola e MBA em gestão de projetos pela FGV e meu inglês é fluente tanto para escrita quanto para conversação.

Support areas as also included in the planning such as finance, documentation, IT infra, traceability and facilities. Performed daily meetings with engineering, quality, documentation, purchase material and IT team for project goals, objectives and customer audit. There were many goals to achieve in the project. First five one was: production validation build1, build2, build3, build4 and last one build5 to attend the Varroc and VW milestone. The final and most important is the SOP (start of production). All build was deliverable one time.The project was very challenging because represented new culture introduction to the Flex company that used to manufacture only cell phones. And because high level of some requirements (traceability, LED logistics, CAPEX approval, production approval, logistics and so on).1.2Project Coordinator for NPI, Motorola account:In charge of the NPI process from the Kickoff to SA (Shipping Approval). I coordinated the team (material purchasing, engineering, quality, production planning) communicating the dates, the goals and requirements. NPI project is a complex operation due to different ODMs and each one has your own process, system and qualification standards. For example, each supplier has its own procedure to organize and structure the BOMs, so we are expected to understand and implement in Jaguariuna site. Responsible to coordinate the main activities: understand the customer needs and requirements, bring them internally to JVS team (mechanical, electrical, purchasing, and programming team) to elaborate a solution and get the final customer approval to start to build the machine.Very critical to elaborate a project plan and right after to start the fabrication, purchase the pieces, and coordinate the schedule. After the machine is built, the customer visits the site in order to validate and approve (try out). A pending list is generated/recorded to monitor the action plan and to have final approval. A technician team was responsible to install and implement the machine in the customer plant and follow the production for a while until machines reach top performance and all team member and employ are trained.
