I am in charge of the expansion management project of the manufaturing, taking care of aquisition process (contracting notice), risk definition and management, cost control of the project, escope definition...The expantion of the manufacturing Project is the most importante and biggest of the companny in 2023/2024.This project requires the contraction of many suppliers (construction, eletrical, automação, etc), especialized labor, many team mobilization, very deep planinng process, embrancing risk management, and very tight cost management.It consists and multiple work forces on various steps, o Project deverá começar em mid 2023 and about to finish on end 2024.

1.1 Automotive project coordinator:Responsible to start the first automotive manufacturing operation in Flex Jaguariuna, from sketch to mass production. Support areas as also included in the planning such as finance, documentation, IT infra, traceability and facilities. Performed daily meetings with engineering, quality, documentation, purchase material and IT team for project goals, objectives and customer audit. There were many goals to achieve in the project. First five one was: production validation build1, build2, build3, build4 and last one build5 to attend the Varroc and VW milestone. The final and most important is the SOP (start of production). All build was deliverable one time.The project was very challenging because represented new culture introduction to the Flex company that used to manufacture only cell phones. And because high level of some requirements (traceability, LED logistics, CAPEX approval, production approval, logistics and so on).1.2Project Coordinator for NPI, Motorola account:In charge of the NPI process from the Kickoff to SA (Shipping Approval). I coordinated the team (material purchasing, engineering, quality, production planning) communicating the dates, the goals and requirements. NPI project is a complex operation due to different ODMs and each one has your own process, system and qualification standards. For example, each supplier has its own procedure to organize and structure the BOMs, so we are expected to understand and implement in Jaguariuna site. During the course of project I deal with different departments, like:Phase 1 (planning), Phase 2 (executing) and Phase 3 (release mass production).

Project manager:In charge of sugar transportation system implementation, the largest and most expensive project in the company by 2014. With budget R$3 M reais.I was hired to implement the Dynamics machines sugar transporter from trucks bags to manufacture lines. The project needed dedicated air compressor system, aside from manufacture structure and also a new building to accommodate the transportation system.The goal of the project was to reduce the dissipated sugar loss when bag was being opened. The loss was estimated about 3 ton by year.The project was success fully implemented within schedule and cost.

As project specialist I was responsible to conduct both industrial and marketing projects for Amparo, Goiânia and Salto sites. The main activities were: define and submit the budget for approval, elaborate statement of work, create risk assessment, integrate the production planner and purchase team, get involved with functional manager (electrical, mechanical, automation etc.), lead quality planning meeting for new production lines, design the process, validate the new equipment and machines from the implementation to the final approval.Projects:1 - Project to implement 03 new tanks of 45m3 each. Main activities performed such as preparing the basement, the dike, the pipe, and the tank installation. Investment: R$ 600K2 - Powerhouse expansion - Project to improve the power of the plant from 6Kva to 9Kva. Investment: R$ 400K.3 - Datacenter construction project. Responsible to implement the new and first portable datacenter in Brazil. Project contracted by IBM.Accomplishments: Lead the project to introduce 05 new production lines:-Detergent: including new packing, placer (pickup), cartoon preparation, weight checking, sealing, conveyor and palletize. Investment: R$ 700K-Multi use detergent: 03 blower, conveyor, bottle, pick and place, packing, sealing and weight checking-Clothes softener: sleeve, conveyor, weight checking and pick and place-Washer clothes: sleeve, conveyor, weight checker and pick and place

Responsible to build customized machines for car factories (Ford, GM, Mercedes B., Honda). Responsible to coordinate the main activities: understand the customer needs and requirements, bring them internally to JVS team (mechanical, electrical, purchasing, and programming team) to elaborate a solution and get the final customer approval to start to build the machine.Very critical to elaborate a project plan and right after to start the fabrication, purchase the pieces, and coordinate the schedule. After the machine is built, the customer visits the site in order to validate and approve (try out). A pending list is generated/recorded to monitor the action plan and to have final approval. A technician team was responsible to install and implement the machine in the customer plant and follow the production for a while until machines reach top performance and all team member and employ are trained.

Position: project manager for new products introduction:Main responsibilities: to lead and coordinate new products and process introduction in the manufacture environment, leading the engineering team to set schedule and goals.Summary of the activities: to lead and coordinate weekly meeting with all stakeholder team and customer to create and follow up the schedule, to discuss the request and activities, material purchase timeline (critical items of the BOM), production window for pilot units, risks management, procurement management, integration management.In charge to prepare the kick off meeting for manager and senior management team, to create the project planning, to lead the lessons learned meeting and to present final report to senior management team.I also in charge to submit PPB process to MCT (Ministry of Science and Technology)* These NPI products represented about 40 to 70% of total site volume production.

Position: process and product engineering as well as part of Internal Quality Audit Team (iDen business)Main responsibilities: to design backend process for new (NPI) and current product, to support the mfg to keep the yields and quality metrics in the goals. To create and lead new process for improving and saving;●To outsource products in EMS companies: to provide working instructions, training for engineering team, activity breakdown, specifications, tooling, drawing, to follow pilot build and participating in conf calls with head quarter to report project status;● To create and assembly new manufacturing line (capacity vs forecast, capacity vs. budget, capacity vs. space available). Optimize the packaging line and warehouse in a similar way it was implemented at Brazil site*;●In charge to keep update the packing BOM, responsible for capability studies for each new product (cp/cpk), to participated of lessons learned meeting, to keep update and create for new products the work instruction for each work station, to input and register new part numbers and prepare,●For new products introduction, as a process engineer, I was in charge to train operators, to work with the team to finish the FMEA for each model, to ensure the tooling in house on time, to prepare on time the work instructions and control plan for operators and technician and report to quality team the corrective and preventive action plan,●Experienced to nationalize item like decorative carton box (final customer), manual, folder, plastic tray, bags and labels.
