Main responsabilities:• Project management with multidisciplinary teams in matricial model, with 5 o 50 people depending on the project, using AGILE (SCRUM) and Waterfall methodologies.• IT supliers management – responsible for the deliverables and service monitoring, software development factories in large majority• Responsible for the the products (projects and maintenance): Financing, Leasing, Insurance, Consorcio and Finame• Intense relationship with the German headquarter, being responsible for projects with mixed development team (Brazil x Germany)• Responsible for the implemantation of Business Intelligence and Business Analysis areasMain Achievements:Data Warehouse – products and customers data warehouse deployment, with automated data cleaning and data enrichment processesBusiness Intelligence – Responsible for the area, and for the implementation of tools for management analysis and creation of dashboards with Sales and Product Performance KPIsManagement of Marketing Campaigns - Implementation of Campaign Management System (SAP - CRM) integrated to the Data Warehouse. ECM - Project in partnership with IBM (Datacap and FileNet), digitalization of all origination documents and Credit backoffice, with automatic data recognition process and integration with the credit platform. Rental Company – Entrepreneurial project, for the design and creation of a new vehicle leasing company, with the construction of the entire business process and technological solution in Cloud.APP meu VW – Application for Mobile, developed in agile cells, providing vehicle sales services to employees and customers, with an integrated offer of financing services - launched at the 2018 motor show Benefit: financial services as a value added in the supply of vehicles directly to the customerNew Consorcio - Migration of the legacy system to a market software.
