Responsible for implementation of new products working directly in the schedule , resource allocation , budgeting and control of projects implementation .Interface with all departments of the factory in order to ensure the project schedule agreed with the client . International participation in weekly meetings to discuss technical details of projects with the ODM´s (Quanta, Inventec , Pegatron , Foxconn , Wistron , Compal , MSI , Flextronics and TNI ) . Focal weekly leadership meetings with the goal of understanding with multifunctional team staff , providing all the necessary technical information and control the actions of each department involved. Direct interface with the client ( HP NB/DT/AiO/WS , Asus NB/Tablet , Sony Vaio/Mobile and Phison SSD card . Analyze the necessity of external training. Supervise and lead the Engineering and Test Engineering product in the PCA segment used in computers and peripherals as Ultrabook , Notebook , Desktop , Workstation and AiO , Tablet and Mobile from multiple clients .Responsible for production support in the area of testing, recording components and labels. Acting during the quotation process potential new customers , recommendation and implementation of new testing strategies , ensure that all processes and applicable standards are established and effectively implemented . Responsible support outsourcing of PCA when needed . Responsible use of estimated replacement items of materials and development of local and international, suppliers developing procedures , evaluation , control , review and including operational training . Studies conducted with clients and suppliers in order to reduce costs , as well as improving the quality indicators and the process flow. Responsible for BOM maintenance. International Trip to China ( Foxconn, Quanta and Inventec ) to transfer new products .
