The balance is absolutely positive, because I learned a lot of things like:> activate initiatives aimed at reaching sales and profit margin targets by managing sales channels;> develop business plans;> create, plan, coordinate and monitor indirect sales network activities;> manage relationship between Clients, Suppliers and internal teams in order to reach the assigned goals, increasing customer satisfaction;> develop sales and marketing budget, focusing on goals, strategies and resources;> coordinate sales, marketing and promotional campaigns;> constantly monitor competitors, using the company CRM information systems;> develop competence, manage and motivate subordinates also using team building experiences.To be honest, what I lost in this experience was the innovative marketing dynamics and the possibility to develop new business partnerships with third parties software, due to the fact that the group was (is) only focused on Autodesk business, mainly localizing brochures, special price campaigns and Autodesk international initiatives.All attitudes that I recovered after the "spin-off" of my marketing team, shifted into a new company named 2bSMART as a internal marketing agency.

We coordinated and developed the PTC indirect sales channel for few years, introducing concept like "sales campaign based on specific KPIs", permanent marketing training path, focus on new names.
