Providing them solutions to automate and accelerate spatial biology, while lowering the barrier of entry into multiplexed tissue stainings.Collaborating with other departments to make sure that researchers needs are met.

Project involving isolation and characterisation of TCRs recognising the most common neo-antigens in order to develop new therapies to treat Multiple Myeloma.Involves cell cluture (P2 conditions, cell isolation from PBMCs, etc.), FACS (BD-LSR-II), cell-based assays (ELISpot, Multiplex, transfection, transduction), molecular biology (PCR, In vitro transcription, Cloning) as well as bioinformatics (writing scripts in python, using state of the art prediction algorithms to predict HLA-peptide binding and immunogenicity as well as automation of data analysis)
