About Sandro Squarotti

My main experience is software programmer in particular as back end programmer using Java.I had some experience as javascript programmer for Lambda function in Amazon AWS environment.I had a few experience using the natural language understanding platform DialogFlow Outside of the IT field I am trying to acquire skills as a photographer and videomakerMy sensitive points- Work in my town: for personal reason I have no interest to go working in another town; smart working is a great solution in my opinion; available to work outside my town only for short trips (max 3 days); not available for transfers to other cities or to do the non-life of a commuter (especially now that smart working exists)- Working overtime: ok for sporadic emergency, not if it becomes systemic- Training on the job: several times I have had to take this approach and have adapted; I consider it not very efficient; I prefer to dedicate the necessary time to training in order to acquire the basic concepts and then work (even for a long time) on the topic I have learned; I personally find it difficult to frequently change types of work (even if in the IT field), I have had to do it often and I believe I have only managed to obtain what I call "survival skills", useful for achieving short-term results but insufficient to create a real competence- Adaptability: if necessary I have no problems adapting to any type of work in the IT field; better if preceded by an adequate training period in case it requires skills that I have not yet acquired
