SANDRO TETI EDITORE was founded by Sandro Teti in 2001 and publishes five series: HISTOROS, I RUSSI E L’ITALIA, ZIG ZAG, IL TEATRO DELLA STORIA and IMMAGINE. Prof. Luciano Canfora is the editorial director of HISTOROS.

Sandro Teti is the director of Fondazione Alferov Italia, one of the european offices of Alferov’s Foundation. It promotes the collaboration between scientific communities in Russia and Italy. It has selected and accompanied high profile delegations to important international events organised by Alferov’s Foundation in the Russian Federation and it has organised and organises conferences, seminars and lectures for Nobel Prize laureate Zh. I. Alferov in Italy.Zhores Ivanovich Alferov is a Russian physicist and academic who has contributed significantly to the creation of modern heterostructure physics and electronics. He is one of the recipients of the 2000 Nobel Prize in Physics "for developing semiconductor heterostructures used in high-speed- and opto-electronics”; he developed the injection laser and around 1970, when heterostructure lasers became able to work continuously at room temperatures, fibre-optic communications practically were made possible. He is vice-president of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Rector of St. Petersburg University of the Russian Academy of Sciences and co-chair of the Skolkovo Scientific Advisory Council.Zhores Ivanovich Alferov is also an important Russian politician and has been uninterruptedly a deputy of the State Duma, the Lower House of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, since 1995.ALFEROV’S FOUNDATION was established in 2001 by Nobel Prize laureate Zh. I. Alferov to unite intellectual, financial and organisational efforts of both Russian and foreign legal entities and individuals for the development of Russian science and education.
