Gerente de los proyectos de implementación de la solución 2Pesrsonnel en los clientes.Planificación de proyectos incluyendo definición de objetivos, alcance, asignación de recursos y monitoreo del progreso. Liderar y coordinar con los jefes técnicos de proyectos para la implementación exitosa de la solución 2Personnel. Ejecutar el seguimiento del proyecto y gestionar cronograma para asegurar el cumplimiento de los tiempos de ejecución e implementación. Identificar riesgos y ejecutar planes de mitigación. • Project manager for the client ENEL, supervising the migration from Synergia 4.0 application to Synergia 5.0. • Presentation of status, problems, and risks of the project in weekly meetings with the user area.• Management and resolution of incidents within the project, as well as updating the initial planning.• Adoption of the pertinent corrective measures to remedy any deviations.• Direction and coordination of all resources used in the project.• Lead the project's daily meetings.
