Working as an Owner’s Rep for Walgreens overseeing their SRP (Store Remodel Program), a multiyear program remodeling over 3,000 of their retail stores with a SOW to cover full store remodels. Reporting directly to the VP and Program Manager along with multiple stakeholders. Direct oversight over multiple GCs across the country, averaging 5 stores per month with a budget of $1 million each with a 28-day accelerated schedule. • Working with assigned GC, was able to complete 100% of assigned projects schedule with 30% completed ahead of schedule. • Designed and implemented several program policies which aided in bringing consistency, cost and quality benefits to the overall program.

Served as Project Manager for a 250-room renovation project for Westgate Resorts with a 7-month schedule and a valuation of $8 million, reporting directly to VP and Director of Construction. Managed all processes to include maintain overall schedule and budget as well as subcontractors. Preparation of both weekly management and monthly executive reports on overall status of project. Direct supervision of two superintendents due to large scope of project.
