Currently freelancing in the EMEA area. I recently joined a product team working on a workforce management tool. My main focus was on designing a brand new HR module from scratch.

Part of the Payments team, I worked with PMs to localise our payments platform in the UK and NL market. I supported the strategy and vision of the team through continuous user research. I worked with developers to deliver solutions that bring together the needs of the users and those of the business.I helped integrate FreshBooks with one of our biggest strategic partners in the UK, making it FreshBooks’ third biggest market. Part of the product team responsible for the core experience of the service. I worked with developers, a copywriter and a data scientist to design, test and launch new features or experiments. Examples are a responsive set of instructions on how to collect blood samples to improve success rate. Or redesigning the result experience to help customers with understanding complex medical advice.

s a UX designer at Designit I worked on end to end projects in different sectors such as finance and energy. My UX responsibilities put me at the intersection between research and development. I also coached young entrepreneurs in Rwanda, helping them shape their business plans, conducting field research, running workshops and co-creating design solutions for their products.

As a designer at Adaptive Lab my responsibilities spanned from conducting user research to creating digital solutions for web and mobile. Working agile alongside a small dev team, I helped small- to-large organisations create digital products and services from the ground up.

Hired as a UX designer my responsibilities revolved around helping the team shape new experiences for data-heavy website and services. This process included creating experimental concepts to visualise data for our customers, creating low fidelity mock-ups and producing assets for the dev team.

Part of the consulting team of one of the leading Design Institute in Europe, my responsibilities spread across different parts of the business.
I built and coded physical and digital prototypes for an MVP for Toyota’s new infotainment car system. The prototype was then used to pitch ideas internally to Toyota. 
I was part of a team of designers that helped shape the vision for a new healthcare startup in the US where I set up and facilitated several workshops with the client. My responsibilies also revolved around creating low fidelity prototupe for the different stakeholders.

Model Builder for the studio’s interactive installations. Shaped the first prototypes for the project Crystal through the use of CNC machinery and molding.

Hired as design researcher with a focus on developing and teaching human centred research to the Look & Feel department. Spent several weeks leading user sessions, brainstorming and applying other research techniques for client work.I helped introducing an internal framework for team knowledge sharing and feedback.
