Sandro leads the Product Management team for both Working Capital Solutions and Lending products at Citi Brazil, which is Citi's largest market for these products.Sandro is a seasoned professional, with over 20y experience in both Sales and Product Management, in Brazil and abroad.With a career developed in Corporate and Transaction Banking, Sandro had the opportunity to work in several areas and activities such as Banking, Planning, Cash Management, Payables and Receivables Finance, Asset Based Lending , Trade and Working Capital. The variety of experiences helped to build a global perspective of the business and the interconnections between different areas / pillars.Before joining Citi Sandro lead for 4y the Product Management area for Deutsche Bank in LATAM (based in Sao Paulo - Brazil), covering all Trade and Lending products.Before that, Sandro held several positions at HSBC, where he started his career as a Trainee. His last position at HSBC Brazil was Head of Sales for Lending, Receivables and Trade, for mid and large corporate clients.Still at HSBC, between 2010 and 2013 Sandro worked at HSBC’s head office in London as Global Product Manager for Receivables Finance and Supply Chain Finance (SCF) overseeing product activities in 20+ countries in EMEA, Asia, and the Americas. In the period he led the deployment of Supply Chain Finance product capabilities to HK, China, India, Spain and Germany, and improvements in Mexico, Brazil and Argentina. Additional responsibilities included structuring of Receivables Finance deals often involving large multinationals in multiple countries in Europe, Middle East and Asia.With a solid academic background, Sandro is post graduated in Corporate Finance from the London Business School and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Salvador (UNIFACS).Sandro is married and has a son. He loves outdoor sports, such as rock climbing and mountaineering. Sandro is also an avid road cyclist.
