I am an HR Manager with wide competences in HSE and Risk Management too. During my professional life I worked in multinational medium/large companies with complex work organization. In the years I had the full responsibility of all the typical HR activities, with particular attention to negotiation and relationship with the Work Council and Unions, personally managed. Other activities were dealing with organizational issues and change management, recruiting, training and development. Lastly I coordinated payroll process. In the last few years, due to the implementation of a set of rules named “Modello di Organizzazione Gestione e Controllo ex D. Lgs. 231/01” which entailed a new distribution of powers/responsibilities and proxies, I managed Health, Safety and Environment as Risk Manager, giving a significant contribution to improve employee’s involvement and to increase employees’ safety awareness on this very important topic. Furthermore, I was appointed “Presidente dell’OdV” to ensure compliance and to update the Model ex D.Lgs 231/01. A good attitude to lead the change and to catch its opportunities, the attitude to work in a dynamic, multicultural context, as well as my ability to have good relationship with others, complete my profile.
