    I am now in charge of a small group of 5 people in the warehouse. Together with them I make sure that the daily operations such as Inbound and Outbound are running smoothly. I am also continuously working on improvements and try to implement them to make sure we will succeed in keeping up the targets we receive from our Management team. There is also a lot of administration that has to be done, such as preparing the proforma invoices, preparing the weekly planning, and handle the daily mails and phone calls. When there is a lot of work I will also assist my team in picking, checking & packing, and confirming the shipments.

A few daily tasks are for example: Updating the KPI's (Daily and Weekly), preparing proforma invoices, handle special requests from my customer, complaints handling, etc. Further I am also reponsible for the daily receptional tasks like placing orders for office materials, incoming and outgoing post, book meetingrooms and so on. 2 years ago I received the certificate for Internal Auditor, so from that point untill present I do approximately 2 audits per month. I received a new certificate this year after succesfully finishing the training.
