I am now in charge of a small group of 5 people in the warehouse. Together with them I make sure that the daily operations such as Inbound and Outbound are running smoothly. I am also continuously working on improvements and try to implement them to make sure we will succeed in keeping up the targets we receive from our Management team. There is also a lot of administration that has to be done, such as preparing the proforma invoices, preparing the weekly planning, and handle the daily mails and phone calls. When there is a lot of work I will also assist my team in picking, checking & packing, and confirming the shipments.

I received a new certificate this year after succesfully finishing the training.

Give an explanation about the industrial cleaning machines to our customers (mostly companies), and also give demonstrations. Make sure that our parts warehouse was always complete and place orders with our suppliers. Also arrange transports for some of the bigger cleaning machines.Another part of my job was technical service planner, if there were problems with our machines, the technicians had to be planned accordingly.
