I was leading the implementation of RPA projects, with focus on the overall solution architecture. My goal was to make sure the teams were focused and we implement an optimal solution that meets our clients objectives.

I was involved in several Robotics Process Automation (RPA) implementations and proof of concepts in different companies and domains including Oil&Gas, Pharmaceuticals and Banking.As an RPA Consultant I conducted business analysis in order to understand the requirements of the process in scope. I was responsible for the implementation and testing of the RPA process and also producing documents that monitor progress and ensure the quality of the project. Other responsibilities included training and advising clients on managing future IT needs.

We work with internal and external audit teams, risk functions, IT departments and business units to monitor risk and controls and provide assurance over business processes, IT general controls and application controls;We work closely with our financial audit colleagues to provide assurance over IT processes and controls that could impact the integrity of financial data;We work with clients to respond to broader risk and regulatory issues they face, providing independent assurance over a range of topics.
