My primary role as a site coordinator at the mobile COVID-19 testing clinics located in various retail and other locations throughout Melbourne.my primary responsibilities include:-Troubleshooting any issues or queries, and being the primary point of contact for all stakeholders on-site (center management, nurses, doctors, pathologists, and traffic controllers, security)- Overseeing the safe running of the facility and the safety of its occupants, whilst ensuring occupational health and safety standards are being met and adhered to- Point of contact with DHHS – providing status updates, situation reports, and data as necessaryEnsure the site is maintaining adequate levels of all stock (PPE, necessary documents, etc.)-Co-ordinating and briefing the medical team each shift- Develop systems and procedures to achieve maximum operational efficiency-Assist with the daily setup and closing of the location- Escalating operational incidents to the appropriate stakeholders and/or police/council
