Managing the plant through a team of 7 department managers.

Part of the management team of Kubal and reported to the Managing Director. • The production department consisted of three different sections with a total of about 150 employees. My management team included section managers as well as process managers.• Successfully managed the department through a 1.8 billion project with a total conversion of the process. As a consequence of the project and the economic crisis in 2008, we went through an efficiency program which I managed for the department. A large number of layoffs and a big reorganization was the result.
