I have 7 years of professional experience in the entrepreneurship and education sectors with various professional positions, such as social entrepreneur, business mentor, project manager for business incubator, lecturer, and vice head of the undergraduate programme in management for entrepreneurship and leadership.As a social entrepreneur, I have experience as the founder and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for Pijakbumi that I help founded in 2016, a social enterprise that focuses on environmentally–friendly and ethical shoes. These Experiences did not only give me the knowledge on how to run the business, makes the right branding, and build the right social impact for business, but also give me in-depth knowledge regarding the entrepreneur fields: which platform can accommodate entrepreneur with new partners and other networks to develop their business, how to build the right business plan to win in business competitions, and how to build a presentation pitch that is liked by investors, and much more. As CMO I manage to scale-up Pijakbumi's brand identity, social impact, and business values as “organic shoes” and “eco-friendly shoes” and deliver Pijakbumi to various exposures such as business competition, business showcase, and investment opportunities.As a business mentor, I have 4 years of experience (2017 – present) in providing support to the youth through mentoring, coaching, helping build the right impact, and facilitating access to resources or networking that they need. I also guide businesses in the competition until they are selected for funding or become finalists.As project manager for business incubator, I have 2 years of experience (2019 – present) where I ensure the implementation of the projects can be achieved according to the desired results. In those 2 years, I managed to initiate partnerships with 4 partner institutions that assist in the incubation, mentoring, and networking processes and ensure the partnership program runs as it should.As lecturer, I have 5 years of experience (2016 – present) teaching business and management where I do not only ensure that the students can understand the courses, but also responsible for making the syllabus and lecture materials for 14 sessions, and as subject coordinator, ensure that teaching materials and learning outputs carried out in the same subject are in accordance with the planned syllabus.As vice head of undergraduate programme, I have experience to manage the implementation and suitability of all syllabus from the curriculum, especially for management study program.
