• Answer up to 50 multiple phone lines daily to schedule student athlete appointments • Schedule over 100 student athletes to surrounding practices for referred services on a weekly basis• Communicate clinical notes from doctors to insurance companies to obtain preauthorization for Radiology services• Responsible for all personal information for student athletes of all sports to maintain hard and electronic copies into clinical system to include athlete insurance information• Attend annual trainings on various HIPPA and medical records, sanitations regulations• Build trust and rapport with incoming clients to exceed their expectations even prior to asking their needs at time of appointment • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills• Proficient in problem solving and diffusing stressful situations involving patients• Accountable to provide confidential medical records

• Ensure all logged commercials, promotions, sweepers and any other programming element essential to the station's operations are aired• Consistently deliver relevant information including time checks, weather, temperature, and event information using control console• Clearly communicates information to identify station, introduce songs, close shows, and announce station breaks, commercials, or public service material

• Connected and coordinated with the Marketing & Promotions Director, Promotions Specialist, Administrative Assistant and other department members on a daily or as need basis to execute promotional events such as ticket giveaways Give away tickets, executed the promotions• Assist with set-up and/or execution of assigned station events, remotes, and station appearances• Maintained station promotion and remote equipment within department • Responsible for doing a stop-set• Represent the brand and serve as liaison for the station by volunteering, providing copy points to draw traffic to client establishment and hosting club as the emce

• Served as first person point of contact for Facilities Services Mechanical Supervisor and Carolina Motor Pool• Assisted customers with the scheduling appointments for the maintenance of UNC departmental fleet vehicles• Generated work orders to help mechanic technicians process repair and general maintenance work on vehicles• Used AIM software to input technicians labor charges and vehicle work stories in to database• Processed time and attendance for Facilities Services Tech• Assisted with reservation request for Carolina Motor Pool vehicles• Handled multi-line phone and email systems to solidify customer request or cancellation of request
