- Manage and facilitate organizational policy updates, standard operating procedures, internal handbooks and internal audit activities.
- Provide guidance and support to organizational leadership and missions staff to identify areas for improvement, ensure compliance with contract expectations, establish best practices, and meet state regulatory.
- Create and establish organizational processes and plan documents to enable effective business practices, compliance, and performance excellence.
- Monitor participant service and training plans for quality assurance and compliance.
- Analyze trends related to compliance and the effectiveness of corrective actions.
