Administrative Assistant To Project Management
CurrentAssist director managers of Support Services including: Kevin, Karen, Chris, Shawn and mainly Jason and all members of the Project Management team. Keep PM SharePoint, PTO calendars, schedule and open work orders tracking up-to-date. Set up and bill GoToMeeting webinars. Print training materials for all aspects of training done by Project Management including: new sales, upgrades and additional training. Record Support Report cards. Run various billing reports. Assist with PowerPoint and handouts for annual Users Group conference. Fill in as phone receptionist as needed by Accounting and Admin.
