Built IT pro-forma for both companies while providing project accounting reporting to Leadership on progress. In addition to other major focus areas, lead Knowledge Transfer process within IT. lead development and tracking of TSAs for IT.• Prepared and managed budget, resource planning and forecasting for capital and expense projects. Accountable for budget of $104MM• Led RFP process for vendor evaluation and selection for major SAP project valued at $18 MM• Responsible for global IT controls, compliance and remediation. (Effecting NA, Asia, EMEA, and LatAm)• Developed and managed IT processes, policies and procedures to ensure IT standards “best value” practices were established, implemented and maintained. • Mentored technical and management teams in IT, to improve leadership, service, and results.• Managed the internal control over financial reporting structure throughout the IT organization, responsible for control design and operational effectiveness.• Lead HR recruiting and the on boarding for global IT Colleagues.• Developed and delivered IT Planning, including oversight of IT Management training initiatives, IT skills analysis and job description updates• Jointly assessed Sarbanes-Oxley and additional operational controls for IT with Internal Audit including risk assessments, metrics, monitoring and continuous improvement of the internal control environment.
