Whilst working at the Rye Hotel, Target Cranbourne and in Early Childhood I gained years of experience with multiple things such as I fostered a safe and loving environment for a child with special needs exercising skills in patience, attention to detail, and de-escalation. Planning and creating programs for child development and helping with administration duties in the office. When I was working at Target, I was anticipating customer needs and provided them with high quality service while upholding brand standards and values to ensure customer satisfaction. I also meticulously handled the POS system transactions include credit, cash, exchanges, returns, and refunds to ensure seamless and accurate cashflow. A part of my job was also actively staying informed about latest sales, offerings, loyalty programs, and the latest styles. Also, would maintain a clean, organized inventory and curated displays of rotating seasonal clothing and accessories. At the Rye Hotel I had memorized over 20 drink menu items and created custom drinks for 70-100 customers a shift where I would be fulfilling customer orders of multiple different hot and cold drinks. I happily fulfilled customer orders including seasonal offerings and over 30 food items. I provided friendly customer service all while remaining calm during periods of high demands. I served breakfast, lunch and dinner to 50-100 customers per shift at a highly recommended hotel restaurant. I memorized over 30 menu items and rotating specials in order to customize recommendations to guests. I swiftly and successfully resolved conflict resulting in customer satisfaction 100% of the time. I was warmly greeting new and returning customers and developed relationships resulting in customer loyalty. I meticulously managed the cash flow operations totaling $2000-$60,000 per shift. As a supervisor I had to maintain and enforce strict and up-to-date cleanliness and social distancing policies regarding the COVID-19 outbreak to ensure both employee safety and customer satisfaction.
