From a £500 family investment in 2008, the business grew and had the following achievements:• Was the largest and exclusive supercar driving experience seller in Scotland and Ireland• Offered a combined portfolio of over 1200 experience products internationally• Employed 30 people directly and over 40 people contractually / indirectly• Had over 50,000 followers on social media• Had a 7 figure turnover and 30%+ GPThe brand continues to operate in South Africa and was bought out in Scotland and Ireland in 2018.

Tank Drive Challenge is a military themed immersive driving experience based near Callander in central Scotland.Driving ex-military 432APC tanks around a custom course, personnel (customers) don full cammo suits and take the controls of these tracked vehicles to navigate a taxing all-terrain course under the instruction of the tank commander.A great fun experience for ages 12+www.TankDriveChallenge.net

Ingliston Events is the driving experience and events brand for Ingliston Racing Circuit, part of the Royal Highland Centre near Edinburgh.There is a long heritage of motorsport at Ingliston dating back to the circuit's inception in 1965. Many famous names raced through the infamous 1.3 mile course before its closure in 1994, not least formula one legend Sir Jackie Stuart. Ingliston Events started to bring the excitement and thrill of motorsport back to the ailing venue.The business sees multiple supercar driving events every year and hosted the Ingliston Revival car show in 2015 and 2017 which attracted over 11,000 visitors in 2017 and was widely reported in the media as a high-quality event on the international classic and luxury car calendar.The Ingliston Revival combined the heritage of the venue, classic and interesting race and sports cars, an extensive hospitality offering and premium entertainment, including a cinema showing classic motoring films, vintage fairground, retail village and indoor and outdoor car displays. On-track there was competitive sprint races and vehicle performances which culminated in a 400 guest black-tie dinner to celebrate the circuit and the event.

Working at both Standard Life and Aberdeen Asset Management in various roles relating to online marketing and marketing communications. Communications were both internal and consumer messages promoting investment funds to institutional and retail clients. In my role within the brand communications team at Standard Life Assurance this involved overseeing the brand standards in all external communications of the company. I was also involved in community involvement and CSR activities including working on RNIB sponsorship and building educational financial tools for schools.
