Leading the IT Global hub in Cairo, supporting various IT activities to Henkel Globally. Responsible for a team of ~30 employees of various areas within IT in both Service Delivery (Service Transition, O365, Data Center, IAM) and Consulting (SAP consultancy and development, Data Science, Project Management, BI, App. development)

On top of being the PM and Controller, I was assigned to lead the IT Global hub +20 employees

*PM - responsible on managing projects within SSC Cairo*Controller - preparing the budget for SSC Cairo (+120 employees), charging out to legal entities, monitoring the costs on monthly basis, FTE cost development and analysis, preparing investment budget, handling some of the facility payments..etc

PM - responsible for projects in SSC Cairo, managing migration of activities or building new activities in SSC (ex:IT Global Hub), project timelines and gates, activities mapping, FTE analysis and requirement, hiring employees, Knowledge transfer, shadowing, gate keeping and go liveResponsible for internal projects within SSC Cairo or in collaboration with other SSC Space Management (monitoring space utilization, seating and expansion)IT hardware management for the SSCBusiness continuity planother operational topics

Being responsible of all my previous duties in addition to the below tasks:Henkel Salary bands globally: Creation of Salary bands for all the countries Worldwide based on market data.KPI reporting: We are responsible of creating KPI reports on Worldwide level for all the HR shared services Globally to be provided to the Board Members in Germany. Which we later transitioned by end of 2013 to Accenture in Bangalore ,India.Talent Management: More involvement in DRT setting for the MEA region and enhanced reporting.

Was being part of the first HR shared service center in Henkel Egypt, at which the team travelled to Slovakia for 2 weeks intense trainings to acquire all the needed knowledge for the position. In addition to traveling to the Dubai for Job shadowing of the acquired tasks from Country HR. This position has 3 main functions covered:1. HR reporting: create HR reports using Henkel HR systems that can include any information whether personal or organization related to the employees in the Middle East and Africa Region. Which enabling us to be very aware of all the information on the system and have very good command of the reporting tools (SAP and MIDAS). 2. 1st Level support: Provide 1st level support to HR tools and systems, which enabled us to have full command of most of Henkel HR system and a strong SAP knowledge. In addition to being involved in various processes for Compensation and benefits and Organizational development.3. ESP: is a program part of Compensation and Benefits at which Henkel enable its employees to buy Henkel shares which is being dealt in German Stock market. We act as full administrators to the program and its process.

Prepare Sales analysis to monitor performance of the sales team. Monthly monitoring of salesmen achievements for incentive schemes, prepare follow up reports on the account receivables collections, monthly sales and weekly stocks. Prepare economic and political research. All reports are directly reported to the General Manager. In addition to knowledge of the company's financial positions and forecasts and having a background about the income statements.
