Everything Potatoes!

Worked on several projects over the years both part-time and full-time. In 1978 I was hired full-time on campus, then moved south & worked part-time in Districts III & IV. Over a thirty year period I worked for many wonderful Agricultural Economists and Rural Sociologists. In 2001 I returned back to the main campus and worked full-time again, while my husband received his Master's degree. August of 2003, I returned to District IV, finishing a long run with this department in 2007. Most memorable projects -- working with graduate students from all over the world, inputting 100 years of dairy product data in the 1980's, gathering data for the 2006 Custom Hire publication, and typing many, many publications and research papers. I learned about computers from the beginning while working in the College of Agriculture, and also maintained the very first website in the state of Idaho, providing farmers and ranchers with valuable information in electronic form.
