-Responsible for performing full life cycle recruitment for all assigned requisitions.-Works with hiring managers to analyze position details, ensuring clarity in the role and it's outlined correctly for candidate engagement, and supports through the review and selection process.-Determines and executes recruiting strategies for open positions.-Effectively utilizes in-house applicant tracking, on-boarding systems, and external tracking systems-Develops and maintains a network of contacts and pipelines to help identify and source qualified candidates.-Reviews resumes and qualifications for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements.-Coordinates with candidates and hiring managers to schedule phone and onsite interviews. Supports hiring managers through the interview process, including use of interview guides and coaching on interviewing techniques and behavioral-based interviewing methodologies.-Extends offers of employment to selected candidates – verbally and in writing – under the direction of the hiring managers --Manages any offer negotiations and coordinates with the final candidate and hiring manager.-Ensures unsuccessful candidates are communicated with as appropriate – i.e. receive courtesy declines.-Work in ICIMS Systems
