International assignment to industry led project for development of a global sub-sea well response capability. (SWRP) Manufacturing contract circa 450m USD. Responsible for assessing logistics infrastructure and resources worldwide to identify and approve 4 sites to locate and deploy sub-sea well capping system. Based in Stavanger, Norway with field trips to South Africa and Singapore to conduct reviews of capacity, capability and infrastructure to support storage, maintenance and rapid deployment of well capping system. Single project representative based in manufacturers premises in Houston for 12 months with responsibility for load out and ocean freight of capping system from manufacturers premises to four identified sites. Norway, Singapore, South Africa and Brazil to meet tight project timescales.

Dimensions: 14 producing offshore assets and ad-hoc drilling rigs. Management of two supply bases, Altens Operations Base with 5 warehouses and circa 150 USD inventory and Torry Marine Base, with circa 300,000 tonnes shipped outbound and inbound annually. Road Transport 400,000 miles annually.
