Customer service has always been the forefront of any position that I have held. From front office and patient liaison to Medical and Dental insurance filing, reading explanation of benefits/payment posting and patient billing to management, human resources, recruitment and training with OMS, my 18 + years of experience in this large oral surgery group gave me a wonderful insight into the dynamics of a practice with multiple locations, several Doctors and a large support staff. I was actively involved in the construction process for this large group practice and understand software and equipment. I also have an extensive knowledge in Medical and Dental Insurance billing, reading EOB's, comprehension of both medical and dental terminology and coding experience. My human resource experience has helped me to understand people and the problems that we all face in our day-to-day working lives. Being the 2nd in command also gave me experience in budgets, production markers and bottom lines.
