If the claim was valid in customers favor the customer could have the vehicle bought back or replaced by the manufacturer or no action taken at all if the complaint was unfounded. The arbitration board would compile all the documents and determine the outcome of the claim. I would then complete the case packages and send the arbitration finding to all parties confidentially at the same time.Maintained cross functional relationships between the vehicle manufacturers and vehicle owners.
