Sandy has developed expertise in all areas of human resource management. At Staff One, Ltd., she has supervised Division, Account, Human Resource and Business Development Managers with ultimate responsibility for employment, training, evaluations, discipline and discharge. This included leadership, monitoring performance, salary negotiations, benefit administration, etc. Facilitated information sharing and best practices among employees. Provided leadership in the planning and development of employee relations to facilitate the delivery of quality services tailored to the unique needs of the business being served. Administerd corporation’s rules to assure maximum production and employee satisfaction. Encouraged teamwork and common purpose by including employees in goal setting, planning and problem solving and effectively communicating the vision, goals, objectives and tactics of the corporation’s strategic plan. Provided instructions, training and motivation as needed to enhance employee development and overall performance. Developed and maintained an office work climate conducive to challenge, professional growth and positive feedback by utilizing the team approach to management. Sandy has implemented and managed human resource programs in the manufacturing, government, retail, healthcare and private non-profit areas.Additionally, for 21 years she served as an adjunct faculty member at Cardinal Stritch University; conducting classes in Career Development, Organizational Behavior, Strategic Planning, Business Ethics, Entrepreneurship, Human Resources, etc. at the Associate’s, Bachelor's and Master's levels.Sandy completed a Bachelor of Science Degree in Counseling from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Master of Science Degree in Management from Cardinal Stritch University. She was awarded her Registered Corporate Coach certification in 2004.

Sandy founded Personnel Resource Services in 1985. PRS is a management consulting firm specializing in providing career transition assistance and counseling to groups and individuals ranging from entry-level to CEOs. Sandy is also an officer and managing partner of a full-service employment/search firm and she owns another consumer driven company providing resume writing and career transition assistance. PRS provides Outplacement/Career Transition Assistance and Human Resource Consulting.
