As a Manager of Product within UKG, I am responsible for defining and executing the strategy and roadmap for products that allow our service organization to provide outstanding service to our customers. Through close collaboration with product leaders, engineers, and stakeholders across the organization, we build value-added enhancements that make a difference to our customers.

Work with the Tax Filing Service organization to streamline processes through strategic projects. Manage a team of project managers, business analysts, and process analysts.

Served several key roles to integrate business objectives with technology solutions; project manager, client consultant, business analyst, vendor manager and QA. Included risk mitigation techniques to circumvent project delays. Incorporated a hands-on approach to testing to ensure project success.

Responsible for consulting with business clients to identify and implement technology solutions that meet business improvement needs. Project manager responsible for all phases of the project lifecycle: including planning, analysis, resource allocation, risk management, status reporting, testing, client sign-off and implementation. Successfully matrix-manage teams of analysts, developers and testers to ensure deployment of technology solutions.
