I am a graduate of City University of Hong Kong, and hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business Economics. After graduated I joined Hong Thai Travel Services Ltd as a Pre-Long Haul Tour Coordinator, I have been gone to many places. The nature of the job makes me become more mature and independent. The job itself is challenging as not only to serve customers but also have to concern for their safety and comfort. In addition, as the demanding from customers have been increasing and more complaint channels are available, so more demanding customers and difficult situations will be encountered. However, I think these challenges contribute significantly to my personal growth. After quitting the Tour Coordinator job in Hong Thai, I joined Jardine Airport Services Limited as a Passenger Services Officer. I am responsible for providing check-in services on behalf of Air France, KLM, ANA and China Eastern Airline. The airlines high levels of services requirements strengthen my service skills. After having acquired the required knowledge and service skills, I move upwards to serve the local prominent personages and foreign dignitaries in the Government VIP Lounge (GVIPL) at the Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) which the job requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills. I have been in my current role as an Guest Services Officer at GVIPL for 10 years. The Government VIP Lounge access exclusively to the local and foreign dignitaries. I work on behalf of the Protocol Division of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region to extend courtesies and hospitalities to local and foreign dignitaries visiting Hong Kong such as heads of states, heads of government, royalties, government leaders and senior officials. I am experienced in frontline operations and have involved in many different VVIP movements and grateful to be received many compliment letters about providing professional and excellent services. I also work closely with the Consulates General in Hong Kong as well as tight connection with government. Sometimes I assist for familiarisation tours for VIPs from overseas and Mainland China visiting GVIPL. Through these operations, I have been built up more confidence, more self-motivated and detail-minded with ability to multitask.

The job provides me the chance to meet with different social classes of people of various countries. Thus, I have widen my social horizon and strengthen my communication skill. I am experienced in frontline operation duty and have involved in many different VVIP movements over a period of years such as greeting heads of states, heads of government, royalties, government leaders and senior officials.
