Early Stage （ As Overseas Customer Service) Main responsibility: 1.Follow up the routing orders nominated by overseas agents.(mainly project cargo of VIP agent) 2.Deal with document of daily shipment to make sure the document are matched with the related regulation of IATA. 3. Assist to solve any problems which might happen to some shipments 4. Also in charge of quoting freight and the related charges to overseas agents 5. Help train freshman 6. In charge of Hong Kong Customs Clearance/Declaration for export or import shipment 7. Any other jobs assigned by supervisor Later Stage (As freehand teams' Customer Service Supervisor） 1.Supervise two OPs/CSs of two Indian Salesmen 2. Help solve the problems if there is problem for any shipments during whole procedure. 3. Check timely the status of each shipments to make sure the shipments arrive at destination safely and completely 4. If the shipments encounter any problems at destination, will follow up and try to solve the problems accordingly 5. Check the monthly bill issued by Hong Kong trucking company and Hong Kong warehouse to make sure the accuracy of debit note and make sure the related colleagues input the correct date into system.(including the bill of delivery/trucking/warehousing/palletization,etc) 6. Re-check the cost and profit document for two Indian Salesmen to make sure the related cost and profit are correct. 7.Any other related jobs Final Stage ( As Business Development Executive) 1.Maintain the relationship with VIP agents which are currently working with company. 2. Timely update rate to these agents 3. Assist customer service department to solve the problems which may happen to the shipments of agents 4. Quote the freight and related charges to agents' enquiry 5. Develop new business with new agents 6. Any other related jobs

My main job duty is to assist my manager to stay a close contact with our responsible overseas agents with an aim of coordinating and monitoring their nomination shipments with all local offices. 1.I have to communicate with operation and sales colleagues about daily shipping order,sales lead,etc. 2. I have to keep a close contact with carriers/co-loaders about rate and space status,etc. 3. I have to coordinate with related colleagues and clients in order to solve the complaints from customer. 4. I have to call nomination shipper in a weekly basis in order to check whether the customer is satisfied with company's service.Meanwhile, I have to try to dig out whether the customer has other CIF shipment, and then pass the related info to related salesman. 5. I have to prepare the related report about different carriers' rate and make a comparison for analysis. 6.I have to prepare monthly report about our responsible overseas agents' lifting shipment figure and make a summary and comparison based on the figure and report. 7. I have to do duties/job assigned by manager.
